Agreement between TradeOn Pulse and the Service User
Last updated: May 9, 2026Version 1.0

Welcome to Pulse — a price comparison table across dozens of trading platforms, exchangers and skin buyback services for CS2/RUST/DOTA2. By using our services, you agree to the terms described below.

1. General provisions

1.1. Pulse (hereinafter — the Service) provides analytics and price comparison tools for CS2/RUST/DOTA2 items.

1.2. By paying for a subscription, activating a service or using the functionality of the Service, you confirm your agreement with this user agreement.

1.3. The Service administration has the right to change and supplement the terms unilaterally if this is required for updates, security or functionality improvements.

2. Format and nature of the services provided

2.1. Pulse provides tools for analysing the market of CS2/RUST/DOTA2 items: price comparison tables, a Live trade feed, a price and history database, access to filters, analytical metrics and related sections.

2.2. The Pulse balance is not a balance for purchasing items. Funds on the account balance are used exclusively to pay for the subscription to the Service.

To purchase items themselves, the money must be located on the trading platform where you operate (Steam, Market.csgo, Buff and other platforms). The Pulse balance does not participate in purchases directly — it serves only to pay for the functionality.

3. User responsibility

3.1. The User confirms that they use the Service's tools on their own and understand the possible risks associated with operating on third-party platforms.

When working with third-party platforms, situations may arise that are outside the control of Pulse. The User acknowledges that such platforms have their own rules, restrictions and technical condition that may affect the outcome of operations.

Potential risks include, among others but not limited to:

  • Changes in the policies of Steam or marketplaces. For example, updated limits, temporary restrictions, API changes, exchange policy changes.
  • Actions of the User that violate the rules of third-party services. For example, the use of low-quality proxies, frequent IP changes, suspicious logins.
  • Incorrect, incomplete or delayed updates of data from third-party platforms. Pulse receives and displays data from external sources, therefore prices, fees, item availability and other metrics may differ from the actual state on a specific platform.

4. Service responsibility

4.1. The administration is not responsible for losses caused by improper use of the tools, errors by the User or violation of instructions.

4.2. The Service is not responsible for the consequences of actions on third-party services (Steam, marketplaces and other third-party platforms), including blockings, restrictions, errors or technical failures.

4.3. Pulse provides analytical data and comparison tools, but is not a financial, investment or trading recommendation.

4.4. Pulse does not guarantee profit, payback of the subscription or the success of the User's trading operations.

5. Payments, subscriptions and refunds

5.1. Payment for the services is confirmation that you have read and agreed to all the terms.

5.2. If the User has changed their mind or decided to postpone using the product — no refund is provided.

5.3. Erroneous payments caused by the User's fault (incorrect data) are not refundable.

6. Restrictions and prohibitions

6.1. Finding, using or attempting to use vulnerabilities of the Service will result in account blocking, access restriction and possible cancellation of the active subscription or the funds on the User's balance.

7. Technical failures

7.1. In case of technical errors or failures that prevent the normal operation of the Service, the active subscription will be extended for the duration of the failure.

7.2. The extension is performed automatically or manually after the User contacts support.

8. Confidentiality and data security

8.1. The administration takes measures to protect information, however it is not responsible for the User's actions that compromise the security of their account.

8.2. The User undertakes to independently monitor their cybersecurity: the devices and credentials used to sign in to the Service.

9. Final provisions

9.1. Use of the Service means unconditional agreement with this agreement.

9.2. Matters not regulated by this document are resolved through the Service's support.
